New Sites Documentation When bringing a site to Farsight we need you to give us the information we require to monitor the system effectively. We split this information into two separate forms:
You can download the PDF forms and fill out the information. When you have completed the form you can click on the “Email to Farsight” button and send the form to us. You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 or better, you can get the latest version here. Intruder AlarmsIf you are commissioning only Intruder alarms you will need to complete the end user form above as well as one of the forms below. To make it as easy as possible we have created a form for each different intruder system we support. If you need any help with commissioning an intruder system please do not hesitate to contact us on our main number (08453 710 101).
Lone Worker If you are commissioning only a lone worker device then you will need to complete the end user form above as well as one of the form below. We currently support the Romad RSP 100 Device from Geonovo.
