This web-based system allows users to view and edit their site records, as well as putting jobs on and off test, running reports and adding new systems.
Users can drill down any total to see a list of sites in that condition, ordered by severity.
The result is a handy guide to immediate tasks for the installer’s engineers and a management summary of the estate.
Alarm installing company executives can manage and control the access permissions of their own users and even arrange for the web interface to be branded to the specification of their major customers’ web sites.
Farsight has a simple online method for sending application forms for new connections, cancellations or other changes. The forms were developed by Farsight after requests and feedback from our customers. They are straightforward and can be instantly emailed back to the control room.
