Even if your system does not have a direct integration with our monitoring platform, we may still be able to help using RTSP streams, ONVIF connections, email alarms, or alternative methods, depending on the equipment available.
Fast & Flexible Onboarding
We understand that engineers and installers often need sites connected quickly, sometimes at short notice.
Unlike some monitoring providers, we do not require installers to book onboarding appointments for standard setups. Once your quote has been approved and your monitoring forms have been completed, simply give us a call and our support team will assist you.
Our average onboarding time for a new site is typically between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours, depending on the setup and information provided.
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Our onboarding and support team has years of real industry experience.
Teresa has worked at Farsight Security Services for over 21 years and has been onboarding monitored sites for around 17 years, helping installers connect a wide range of CCTV, alarm, and remote monitoring systems.
Benn, who previously worked as a field engineer himself, has also spent years onboarding systems and supporting installers with technical setup, networking, diagnostics, and commissioning.
Their combined knowledge and hands-on experience help make onboarding smooth, practical, and installer-friendly.
