Farsight once again achieves Quality Management Systems accreditation

Testing remote monitoring performance

We are delighted to announce that Farsight has, once again, achieved ISO9001 accreditation.

Accreditation and compliance are critical in the security industry, giving customers the assurance that their security is in the right hands. The ISO9001 certification is a mark of a business that puts customer satisfaction first, has motivating management and the presence of continual process improvement to ensure efficiency.

Remote monitoring stationThe ISO9001:2000 accreditation is also a vital component in ensuring Farsight achieves the industry specific standards BS7858:2006 and BS5979:2007, which relate to the proper security screening of those employed in a security environment and the running of remote centres receiving signals from security systems.

Rob Moore, managing director at Farsight, explained: “Every time we achieve our ISO accreditation it’s a proud moment for the team here.

“ISO9001 confirms Farsight is operating to a high standard and that we’re continuing to move in the right direction. As a market-leading remote monitoring station we deliver quality security services; ISO9001 demonstrates that everything going on ‘behind the scenes’ is of the same level of quality.

“A huge amount of effort goes in to ensuring we achieve all of our standards and certifications. Retaining these, especially ISO9001, ensures installers and customers can have confidence in the security service we deliver.”
