We’ve got a fantastic team here at Farsight – they do a great job protecting the premises of our clients and providing them with the support they need. Not only that, but they’re also a great bunch of people who make a real effort to make a difference to others.
Our senior operations manager, Malcolm O’Shea Barnes, and Farsight operator, Chris Scudamore, are bravely taking on the challenge of cycling 100 miles across the Cambridgeshire countryside – and don’t think they’re getting off lightly with the Cambridgeshire fenlands. There are definitely some killer hills too!
The Farsight pair will be taking part in the Peterborough 100 2014 on the 13th April and they are going for the champion level – the most challenging course there is.
And why are they taking on this challenge? It’s all in aid of the fantastic charity Action Medical Research for Children. The charity makes a real difference to improving the health of babies and children as they help to fund urgently needed medical research into life-changing treatments.

And of course, good luck Malcolm and Chris! Watch this space to be updated on how they did, and when they crossed that finish line.
