Adapting to change is something every business has had to focus on during these past months.  Farsight has worked hard to ensure that we continue to provide continuity in our remote monitoring services to protect our clients’ assets, premises and people.

We are so proud of our security operations team for doing just that.  Our CCTV and alarm monitoring team have been dedicated to vigilance during the very testing lock-down period facing significantly increased numbers of alarms and incidents.

In fact, in May 12,223 audio warnings were issued by our CCTV operators and 652 incidents were escalated to emergency services and key-holders. We have seen a significant increase in incidents across some industry  sectors and we highlight two of these in our sector focus articles –  motor vehicle retail and construction sectors…

 

We would also like to say a big thank you to you, our clients for your cooperation during this period in keeping us informed of changes in operating hours, staff movements and of course keeping on top of equipment/system fault management.  All of which has made it possible for us to marshall our own resources effectively.

This month, as a thank you to our client partners, we are running a prize draw which will give one person on our existing client email database the chance to win a very handy Wera Tool-Check mini worth over £85…

 

One name will be chosen at random from our client database on Tuesday 30th June and the winner will be informed. If you are a client of ours, or we monitor your site and you are not on our email database for any reason let us know and we will add you – simply drop us an email via our contact form.

As the planned relaxation of the lockdown evolve, we ask that you continue to keep us updated on any changes that are planned within your sites that could affect the way we monitor your sites and help us keep your remote monitoring security optimised.
