CCTV monitoring equipment – what does Farsight support?

Our software has been developed specifically to support a huge range of hardware from multiple manufacturers. We have developed crib sheets that run us through the connection process for a huge range of different monitoring equipment. Technical faults on sites – how can I find out what they are and when they’ve occurred?

When you commission a site to us, you automatically gain free access to our fault tracker, ticketing system. This system allows you to view your sites and any problems, then add notes and resolve faults when you’ve fixed them.
